This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and connecting clients with commercial real estate financing solutions. We are looking for a driven professional to identify and close new loan opportunities. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new commercial loan opportunities - Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and developers - Analyze borrower financial statements and property collateral - Structure competitive loan proposals aligned with client needs - Guide clients through the commercial loan application and closing process - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution - Stay informed about commercial real estate market trends and lending practices Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in commercial lending or real estate finance - Solid understanding of commercial real estate debt products and structures - Proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline of prospects - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong analytical abilities for evaluating creditworthiness and collateral Nice to have: - An established network of commercial real estate contacts - Experience with a variety of loan types, including bridge, construction, and permanent financing - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
